The Mount Booralee Studio is THE most amazing Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully presented and in a stunning setting. The hosts, Daryl and Richard, had thought of absolutely everything with a range of amenities available to us. The impeccably clean kitchen was stocked full of goodies to eat and drink. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in Australia visiting our son and his wife. It's already on their list of places to go too!! This was an unforgettable Airbnb experience, definitely the best yet. From the moment you arrived, you are greeted by your host. Both Daryl and Richard are amazing hosts and have gone above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. The studio is a beautiful space, it has everything you need, and the hosts have thought of every little detail that you may need during your stay. Including all the food and drinks supplies which is so generous of them.

This place allows you to really unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I would stay back here in a heartbeat.

Fantastic location, great hosts and truly amazing time spent at Mt Bouralee. A wonderful place inside and out, from the beautiful scenery to the cosy and lovely, well appointed cottage/studio in the middle of a lush garden with ponds. Our hosts made us feel special from the start, welcoming us into their place to our departure, will many little thoughtful attentions. We will come back!

This wonderful accommodation is a studio, totally separate from the main house, on a large, beautifully maintained estate with exceptional views of the surroundings.

The property is on the outskirts of town and blissfully quiet. It is however only 5 minutes drive into Blackheath which has lovely food options and is also only a short drive away from Katoomba and Leura.

What makes this studio exceptional is the thoughtfulness, attention to detail and care taken in the design and furnishing of the studio to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was spotless - and we are fussy! The kitchen items were in great condition, and the provisions in the fridge and in cupboards were both quality and very generous. Complementary little treats including chocolates, nuts and Pringles were another thoughtful, special touch.

Our hosts Daryl and Richard were thoroughly delightful, engaging, friendly and informative, and we had a few lovely chats. They were there if you needed anything but you had your privacy as well. Their two Vizsla dogs were also very sweet, friendly and well behaved.

This residence was a fantastic find, and we have already booked our return! Thank you very much Daryl and Richard, we are very much looking forward to staying with you again.

Such a picturesque place to stay and there was so many things to do there. We were also met with a kitchen full of complimentary food & drinks as well as snacks. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. Thank you so much Daryl & Richard. And if you love animals it is a great place to stay as they have 2 lovely dogs as well as ducks and kangaroo’s that love to visit!

I would like to say that Mount Booralee is one of the best locations i have stayed in the world. (I have been to a lot of countries). The scenery, (spectacular views from Studio) , the hosts, the Studio and all the complimentary treats, and the land - complete with 360 degree lookout (slight incline to access) plus saw an enormous, wild ,full sized kangaroo hopping around the garden!! Plus i can bring my dog!

This was a fabulous 2 nights away. Didn't want to go home.

Mount Booralee Estate Studio is a phenomenal spot. Daryl and Richard were fantastic hosts, allowing us privacy whilst also being on stand-by to help us in any situation.

The Studio is gorgeous with an amazing view and beautiful interior. They had plentiful complimentary goodies including bacon and eggs and bread for us to make breakfast.

The location was great with walks close by, the must-do Grand Canyon track was only a 15min drive away and it was only 30min from the Centennial Glen Stables for horse riding.

I could not recommend Daryl and Richard’s gorgeous estate more for your stay in the blue mountains.

11/10 definitely coming back.

We have stayed in a lot of places over the years - and Mount Booralee is by far the best one!

The beautiful surroundings, the Studio, the gardens, the view and the animals.

More than anything though is the kindness and care that has gone into making our stay special. It really shows that Daryl & Richard care about, and love, what they do ... thank you for being such kind souls!

Next time we are on this side of the world, Mount Booralee will be at the top of the list!

Wow! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, Mount Booralee was amazing. Daryl and Richard are friendly hosts who greeted us on arrival with their dogs Temba and Duke. We even had a pre-dinner drink together one evening. The cottage has the most breathtaking mountain view and is very peaceful. Our favourite part was walking to the summit with our dog Pixie plus she had a great time roaming around the beautiful grounds. The cottage is so well stocked with tasty snacks and breakfast items, you won't even need to leave apart from grabbing dinner at one of the local restaurants. You'll struggle to find a nicer Airbnb than this one. We we will be back to try the Fire Pit & Pizza night next time!
